She’s not just a pretty face!

Queen of country pop Shania Twain wasn’t impressed with Brad Pitt, but she certainly did a good job as she walked the red carpet at the People’s Country Choice Awards on Thursday night in a sparkling denim two-piece.

The 59-year-old turned heads with a 60s-style blonde bombshell hairstyle that brought out her hazel eyes and left many thinking one thing: let’s go, girls.

The country singer left no doubt she was doing it in style after helping to bring the custom Levi’s ensemble to life.

“Isn’t it strange? I love it,” Twain told E! News on the red carpet, seemingly aware of the effect she had on everyone who saw her, let it all hang out.

“I was involved in the sketches and the design and the silhouette and all that. For me that is the joy.”

She added: “It’s not about putting on something great, it’s about being a part of it.”

Twain stunned fans with her unrecognizable short blonde bob. While some had mixed reactions to her appearance, many supporters came out swinging.

“Shania Twain in her impertinent era. I think that’s great for mom,” someone wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “Shania is in her idgaf era and is just living and loving life! And I don’t blame her. She has been through so much, losing her voice and having to have open throat surgery while awake to correct the problem,” another added.

It’s a big night for Twain. In addition to hosting the awards show at Nashville’s iconic Grand Ole Opry House, the program’s “Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?” singer has also been nominated. She is set for the 2024 concert tour against other big names including Tim McGraw, Zach Bryan, Jason Aldean, George Strait, Luke Combs, Kenny Chesney and Morgan Wallen.

Twain seemed excited to host the awards ceremony and revealed that she drew her inspiration from fellow American Reba McEntire.

“The hosts, I think, are chosen very carefully to make sure that people get along and that the host has experience,” Shania shared with Billboard in an interview published on September 23. “Reba is one of my favorite hosts. She speaks from experience and I think that commands respect and attention. She’s funny and smart, and everyone loves her, and it’s a compliment to be asked to do something like (host an awards show). So Reba is a good example for me.”

Twain has been through a lot in her life: she was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2003 and then underwent open throat surgery in 2018 after damaging her vocal cords. Last year the “Man! I feel like a woman!” singer opened up about contracting COVID-19 and pneumonia, revealing she had to be airlifted to a hospital.

“It kept getting worse. My vital signs deteriorated… and eventually I had to be evacuated by air,” Twain said. “It was like science fiction, I felt like I was going to another planet or something.”

The country superstar overcame her health issues to release her sixth studio alum, “Queen of Me,” in February 2023. Twain also got a residency in Las Vegas called ‘Come On Over’.

“It’s great to be singing normally again, on tour with my new voice after my surgery,” she said in 2023. “I’m in a very festive frame of mind.”
