Panthers’ Jaycee Horn and Bears’ Matt Pryor ejected after fight on video after TD | News, scores, highlights, stats and rumors

Some tensions flared during Sunday’s game between the Chicago Bears and the Carolina Panthers.

After a one-yard rushing touchdown by Bears running back Roschon Johnson, a fight broke out between the two teams.

Panthers cornerback Jaycee Horn and Bears offensive lineman Matt Pryor were ejected from the game. The situation occurred with 4:23 left in the fourth quarter.

Bears converted takeaway on Roschon Johnson’s 1-yard TD run, increasing lead to 36-10 with 4:23 to play. After the TD an argument broke out. Bears OL Matt Pryor and Panthers CB Jaycee Horn were ejected. Bears failed on two-point conversion.

Johnson’s touchdown gave Chicago a 36-10 lead.

After Johnson’s touchdown, Horn pushed Bears lineman Bill Murray as the team celebrated in the end zone. This sparked the fight between the teams and Pryor threw punches at several Commanders players during the scuffle.

Pryor would eventually be pushed to the ground himself by Panthers linebacker DJ Johnson, who was assessed a 15-yard penalty for his actions.

Chicago held on to win the game and improve to 3-2 on the season. Carolina fell to 1-4 with the loss.

Prior to the ejection, Horn had recorded a total of six tackles.
