A woman who once worked as a hairstylist and make-up artist Garth Brooks says the country singer would make “repeated comments” to her about “having a threesome” with his wife, Trisha Jaarwood.

It’s one of a series of allegations the hairstylist, identified as Jane Roe, made in a complaint filed Thursday in a California state court. She also accused Brooks, 62, of assault and battery, describing several incidents including an alleged rape in a hotel room in 2019.

“Sir. Doe desperately wants to prevent his millions of fans from learning about the heinous things he said and did to a young female employee who has done nothing to deserve such treatment,” the complaint said, referring to Brooks as “Mr. . Doe.”

The lawsuit states that Roe and Brooks were traveling together to Los Angeles at the time of the alleged rape on Brooks’ private jet.

“Usually there were others on Brooks’ private jet, but this time Ms. Roe and Brooks were the only two passengers,” the complaint said. “Once at the hotel in Los Angeles, Ms. Roe could not believe that Brooks had booked a one-bedroom hotel suite and that she did not have a separate room.”

Once in the suite, Brooks allegedly “appeared in the bedroom doorway completely naked.” Roe said she felt “trapped in the room alone with Brooks.”

Brooks claims the charges are the result of extortion after he denied Roe’s request for “gainful employment and medical benefits.”

Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood are one of country music’s most famous couples, but they’ve certainly had their ups and downs. “People thought, ‘Two celebrities in the same business, they’re not going to last,’” Yearwood told Us Weekly exclusively in 2018. “I’m invested in this family, this is what I want for myself (…)

“Defendant’s allegations are untrue,” Brooks’ lawsuit said. “Defendant is, however, well aware of the substantial, irreparable harm that such false allegations would cause to Plaintiff’s well-deserved reputation as a decent and caring person, together with the inevitable damage to his family and the irreparable damage to his career and livelihood that would result if she made good on her threat to ‘publicly file’ her fabricated lawsuit.”

“We are confident that Brooks will be held accountable for his actions,” Roe’s attorneys said in a statement to CNN. “We applaud our client’s courage in moving forward with her complaint against Garth Brooks. The complaint filed today shows that sexual predators exist not only in corporate America, Hollywood, and the rap and rock ‘n’ roll industries, but also in the world of country music.”
