Bridger Inn was sold out when the Life Is Beautiful festival started nearby

Life is Beautiful has another location in downtown Las Vegas.

Some neighbors couldn’t be happier.

Cindy Blount says it’s a big problem with the Bridger Inn and says rooms for this weekend went quickly.

The rooms sell out quickly because the festival is directly across the street.

Blount says, “Everyone will be happy, everyone will be in a good mood, the music will flow and it will be great.”

This is the first year that Life is Beautiful is so close to the 80-room property.

“It gives a different perspective on what Las Vegas is. It’s not just about gambling, there are other things going on and music is a big part of that,” Blount said.

The sound checks for the festival were in full swing on Friday.

The theme this year is indie electronics.

Gus Wenner is CEO of Rolling Stone, owner of Life is Beautiful.

Stone says: “If you like LCD sound system you’ll love Jamie xx and if you like Justice you’ll love Jungle even if you’ve never heard of one or two of the people on the bill. It works and it is from the same kind of roots.”

This is technically the eleventh year for Life Is Beautiful, but Wenner says time constraints prevented them from staging anything on the scale of previous years.

He says it was important to stay downtown.

An advantage of a smaller footprint is that there are no overlapping sets.

Stone goes on to say, “You don’t have to make any tough decisions if you want to see one act here and then miss something else you love here and we wanted to fit a theme musically so you could come here and enjoy every show .” single part of the bill.

And even though the festival may expand again next year, the focus is on a successful 2024.

Wenner says this format is great and in a perfect world we can make a combination.

Cindy Blount was asked about the noise at the festival.

She says everyone staying at the Bridger Inn already knows it’s coming and it shouldn’t be a problem.

When it comes to this year’s festival, it’s all about the location.

Blount says she goes to the roof and looks at it from there, and that it’s the best place in the house without being there.

The festival runs tonight and tomorrow from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

For security reasons, there is a very long list of prohibited items.

Some items include weapons, flags, strollers, pets and lawn chairs.

There is a complete list at the front gate.
