PREDICTION

It was busy at night for our friends in the southeast. The damage was likely significant to Florida and now parts of Georgia. Millions are without power and flooding remains a real concern for the Carolinas. Helene will continue to weaken today as the land is pulled into an area of low pressure. Any impacts from Helene will remain well east of Texas.

As far as we’re concerned, we’ll be on repeat for a while. Low humidity continues to cause large temperature fluctuations. We’ll dip into the mid 60s this morning, but will end up in the low and mid 90s this afternoon. You’ll see the same situation both Saturday and Sunday, and much of next week for that matter. Skies are forecast to remain clear.

Have a nice weekend! — Justin
