Malik Nabers makes Cowboys’ Andrew Booth look weird

Malik Nabers was the star of the Giants’ Week 3 win over the Browns, and he picked up right where he left off on Thursday night.

The Giants’ rookie receiver nearly broke his ankles on his first reception of the game against the rival Cowboys when he tripped the defender with a small stutter.

As Nabers began his route, he made a quick motion with his feet that caused cornerback Andrew Booth to lose his balance and almost fall over.

This move allowed Nabers to be wide open for a 39-yard reception that put the Giants in Dallas territory.

The play is just the latest highlight that Nabers will see coming up early in his professional football career.

On Thursday night, Nabers had 23 receptions for 271 yards and three touchdowns – two of which came in last Sunday’s win.

Nabers became the first player in NFL history to record more than 20 receptions, more than 250 yards and three or more touchdown catches in his first three games in the league.

Although he had a lot of success early on, his teammates are not afraid that Nabers will lose himself in the success.

“I just think with him, he’s clear-minded and he wants to be the best,” Jalin Hyatt told The Post’s Steve Serviy. “He not only wants to be the best here, but also the best receiver in the NFL. He shows that in practice day in and day out, and it translates into the match.

“I think even with the success that he will continue to have in his career, I think it will help him, it will give him more motivation, more confidence in himself and also more confidence in (Daniel Jones).”
