    Utah football had hoped quarterback Cam Rising would return for Saturday’s Top 15 game against No. 15 Oklahoma State.

    Rising, who was seen warming up Saturday, suffered a finger injury in Week 2 against Baylor and did not start Utah’s game against Oklahoma State.
