The No. 12 Trojans (2-0) are coming off their bye week and will open their inaugural season in the new conference with a Big Ten road game against No. 17 Michigan (2-1) at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor, Mich. It’s the Wolverines’ second top-20 game in three weeks, and they’re looking to improve on their showing when Texas swept them.

USC and Michigan’s programs are familiar with each other. The Trojans and Wolverines have met 10 times in their respective histories, with eight meetings in the Rose Bowl. USC leads the all-time series at 6-4, including a 32-14 win over Michigan in the 2007 Rose Bowl.

Michigan is coming off a 28-18 win over Arkansas State in Week 3, while USC had its bye week. While the Wolverines bounced back from a non-contest loss to the Longhorns in Week 2, the offense sputtered as quarterback Davis Warren threw three interceptions against the Red Wolves. Warren, who has six interceptions in three games, was benched in favor of Alex Orji for this week’s game.
