Both teams are 1-1 in a three-way tie for second place in the division, though the Patriots came close last week, losing to the Seattle Seahawks in overtime. And both teams are looking to make a statement this week.

For the Jets, it’s a chance to get back on track after last week’s loss to the Giants and for Aaron Rogers to make a better impression on fans after a lackluster start to the season. The Patriots are still working out the kinks with new head coach Jerod Mayo and quarterback Jacoby Brissett, a nine-year veteran who many were surprised to see start this season after the team drafted Drake Maye with the No. 3 overall pick.
