Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Mingles With Fans, Meets Lawyer In Central Park Before Arrest

Embattled rapper and hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs was spotted laughing and interacting with fans — and even meeting his attorney on a Central Park bench — just before he was indicted on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

The 54-year-old fallen star was photographed chatting with four fans in midtown Manhattan on Monday night, just 30 minutes before he was arrested by federal authorities at the Park Hyatt New York hotel, TMZ reported.

The footage showed Combs laughing as he shook hands with the group, and he and his team were later photographed socializing outside the hotel.

Earlier, Combs and his son, Christian “King” Combs, were photographed walking around the Big Apple and snapping pics with fans.

This came just days after the music mogul was spotted sitting on a park bench next to a man in a suit who NewsNation identified as his attorney, Marc Agnifilo.

The photos show that his son was also present at the meeting on Friday.

The sightings came after Combs voluntarily traveled to the Big Apple last week in preparation for his upcoming arrest on federal charges, his attorney said.

The indictment, made public Tuesday, accuses him of beating and abusing women for more than a decade and running a sex crimes empire.

Combs was scheduled to appear before a federal judge in Manhattan later Tuesday.

“We are disappointed with the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s decision to prosecute Mr. Combs, which we believe was an unfair trial,” his attorney said in a statement immediately after his arrest.

“He is an imperfect person, but not a criminal. To his credit, Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges.”

Combs’ arrest comes about six months after federal authorities searched his Los Angeles and Miami mansions as part of a sex trafficking investigation.

He has faced a series of lawsuits over the past year from people who allege he physically and sexually abused them during his heyday as a producer in the 1990s and 2000s.

The star was first accused of years of domestic and sexual abuse, as well as human trafficking, against his ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura, in a federal lawsuit she filed against him last November.

Combs has strongly denied the allegations against him.
