A warm and mostly sunny sky during the weekend

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) — Warmer weather returns over the weekend, bringing calm to the entire region.

High pressure has settled in over Greater Nebraska. This will bring temperatures into the low to mid 80s with lots of sunshine. At night, temperatures will drop into the 40s and 50s with clear skies.

Temperatures will rise a notch over the weekend with highs in the mid to high 80s to near 90 with continued sunshine. Early to mid next week the dryness will continue with highs moving into the low to mid 90s. A slight drop in temperatures for Thursday with highs in the mid to high 80s with no rain in sight.
