Isiah Pacheco scores touchdown for Chiefs minutes after vomiting on the field against Baltimore Ravens

Isiah Pacheco scored a touchdown in the third quarter to give the Chiefs a 10-point lead over the Baltimore Ravens, just minutes after he reportedly threw up on the field.

Several reporters at the game tweeted that Pacheco threw up on the side of the field after taking a blow to his ribs during the previous play.

Photos even surfaced of Pacheco lying on the ground, but the running back later picked himself up and returned to the field.

And he crossed the line with a one-yard score, giving the Chiefs a commanding lead over the Ravens at Arrowhead Stadium.

Matt Derrick, a reporter for ChiefsDigest.com, was one of the first reporters to notice the incident involving Pacheco, posting on social media: “Isiah Pacheco ran to the sideline after his carry, went down and threw up. He’s now returning to the game.”

The claims of vomiting have raised concerns among some fans, with some saying it could be a sign that Pacheco has a concussion.

“Man that’s not cool. He probably had a concussion. I did this once at a rugby game and I don’t remember throwing up. If he says it was nerves or something – maybe – but this sounds suspicious,” one fan wrote.

Another said, “I mean, isn’t that one of the main symptoms of a concussion?”

However, other viewers thought Pacheco had been injured during the previews and may even have slipped through a hard landing.

“It looked like he landed on the ball, maybe he was out of breath,” another fan suggested.
