An added complication for Sorokin’s latest starring role is the ankle bracelet she’s been wearing since October 2022, when her house arrest began. The series seems to be playing into this, though, with a promotional photo of her in a sparkly dress and ankle bracelet around her leg.

However, it’s unclear what filming in Los Angeles will look like, as she was previously allowed to travel within a 70-mile radius of her New York City home.
