ANN ARBOR, Michigan — It turns out Davis Warren ultimately did enough to win the job.

The senior quarterback and former walk-on was unveiled as Michigan’s starter on Saturday, taking the first snaps behind center in a bumpy 30-10 win over Fresno State at Michigan Stadium. And for now, at least, holding off Alex Orji.
