Artem Chigvintsev has been arrested for domestic violence in Napa County, California.

On Thursday, the “Dancing with the Stars” pro — who married “Total Divas” star Nikki Bella in 2022 — was arrested around 9:40 a.m. for violating California Penal Code Section 273.5(a), also known as domestic violence or corporal injury to a spouse, ex-spouse, cohabitant, former cohabitant, or the mother or father of his or her child, according to records reviewed by Fox News Digital.

The professional dancer was booked at 10:40 a.m. Bail has been set at $25,000.

It is unclear whether Bella was involved in this.

Representatives for Chigvintsev, Bella and “Dancing with the Stars” did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

Fox News has learned that there are no plans for Chigvintsev to appear on Season 33 of “Dancing with the Stars,” which premieres next month.

The arrest came two days after Bella, whose real name is Nikki Garica, celebrated the couple’s two-year wedding anniversary.

“This song is our love story,” the former WWE star wrote on Instagram, alongside a video montage of their wedding day with “Can’t Help Falling In Love” playing in the background. “I’ll never forget where I was when I asked Jesus about Artem. Talking to Him and God. How my feelings felt too fast. It all felt too fast. And then this song came along. And that’s when I knew I was falling in love with him and it was all meant to be.”

Chigvintsev posted his own tribute, writing: “Happy birthday my love, I can’t see my life without you. You are my everything.”

The couple have a four-year-old son, Matteo.

Chigvintsev and Bella met in 2017 when they worked together on season 25 of “DWTS.” At the time, Bella was engaged to John Cenabut the couple eventually called off their engagement in 2018.

In November 2019, Bella and Chigvintsev got engaged while on vacation in Paris.

A year later they welcomed their son Matteo.

Bella has previously spoken openly about her struggles with postpartum depression, which at times impacted her marriage.

“He was like, ‘Sometimes I felt like you were starting to hate me.’ He was like, ‘You could be mean.’ And I’m not going to lie, I’ve had moments where I was mean,” Bella admitted on her podcast, “The Bellas,” in October 2020. “I felt bad for Artem, because he felt horrible about it, and then he was like, ‘I wish you would have come to me sooner,'” she revealed. “He was just so sad about the fact that I was feeling all these things and I never told him.”
