The reality star is currently going through a nasty divorce from Richard, who filed papers in April citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. He also asked a judge to grant him full legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old son, Christian Georges Dumontet.

He filed for divorce shortly after being arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. weapon at his and Quinn’s home in Los Angeles. Page Six confirmed that he had tried to throw a glass bottle at Quinn, but missed and hit their son instead.

Richard was quickly released after his arrest, but was arrested again less than two days later for returning to the family home despite Quinn having a restraining order against him.

Quinn later accused her estranged husband of keeping tabs on her by hiding tiny cameras and Apple AirTags throughout their home, even hiring a security guard to keep an eye on her.

In June, she again accused him of hiring a man to show up at their home – where she was still living – to “scare, intimidate, harass and disturb” her.

By then, Richard had been officially charged with child abuse/endangerment, assault, and violating a protective order for his arrest in March.

This week, he asked a judge to temporarily lift the restraining order so he could be allowed into the home where Quinn lives, after he reportedly ran up “a utility bill in excess of $10,000.”

He is the sole owner of the property and is responsible for it. His court filing states that he faces “daily fines from Los Angeles Vector Control since July 18, 2024, for abandonment and lack of maintenance of the property.”

In the same petition, he asked Quinn to pay him $29,000 a month to continue living in the home.
