A LOVE Island star has spoken out about winners Josh Oyinsan and Mimii Ngulube, after weeks of rumours of a split.

Josh and Mimii won the £50,000 Love Island prize last month.

However, some fans are convinced they’ve already broken up and claim they discovered a major clue earlier this week.

Now Casa Amor smuggler Diamante Laiva has spoken out about the romance, insisting it’s just private.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, she said: “I first met Mimii at the reunion.

“Of course, when we reconnected, I didn’t get a chance to talk (to her) because her situation was crazy. Mimii is so… her soul is so pure. I can’t even describe Mimii, she’s so nice.

“I only met Josh for a very short time, so I don’t really have an opinion about him.

Diamante added: “Love Island puts your relationships in the spotlight. I think being a Christian and very spiritual person, she likes to keep things private.

“She told me they’re taking it slow, there’s no pressure and I think they just want to do things privately.”

Fans were concerned this week after Mimii shared a shocking photo on social media, but Josh appeared to ignore it.

Someone wrote in the comments: “Why isn’t Josh liking or commenting? I’m worried.”

Another asked: “Is Mimi still with Josh?”

Just last week, Mimii lashed out at Josh, just hours after he snuggled up to another woman at a festival.

The beauty filmed herself showing off her denim outfit and released the audio of singer Rihanna taking aim at her rivals.

It said, “She can beat me, but not my outfit.”

Josh was seen with his arms around a mystery woman at the All Points East festival.
