The new one-year online program specializes in learning how to oversee a full production for animation, visual effects, and video games. The program teaches students how to supervise digital artists, plan productions, coordinate digital processes, formulate budgets, and effectively create, organize, and optimize digital assets.

Through lectures, readings and practical exercises, students learn the basics of planning, executing and controlling projects. The course covers topics such as project scope, pipeline basics, breakdowns and other aspects of business operations.
